APRIL 18
We rented mountain bikes in Moab, that are more suited to the terrain in the parks. Michelle got an E-bike that sounded like fun. The first day with them, we rode on the Bar-M trails near Moab that provided a good training ground for a new experience.
The afternoon was spent back in Arches National Park. There is always more to see.
APRIL 19
Canyonlands National Park was planned for the next day. Just a little bit further from Moab, this provided a different slant on the Colorado Plateau geology.

Did I mention that Michelle loves the flora?
Headed next door in the afternoon to ride the mountain bikes through the trails at Dead Horse Point State Park. The mountain bikes made the challenge a bit easier.

APRIL 20
Back to Canyonlands today to explore another section of the park. Stopped to look at petroglyphs on the way up. A sign nearby informed us that the images chipped into the rock are petroglyphs and the painted images are pictographs!
